The Peer Support Worker will be working within our Crisis Navigator Intervention Service for Women and Children experiencing domestic abuse and VAWG.
17.5 Hours per week, Part Time, Glasgow, £26,765 per annum, pro rata

An opportunity to work within our innovative and busy Women’s Legal Project supporting vulnerable women and children. We require a person with lived experienced to provide peer support to vulnerable women and provided them with tailored, dedicated and specialist services. This will include work around prevention of homelessness and assisting women into permanent and safe accommodation after a period of unsettled living.
The Peer Support worker will also be at the heart of establishing Govan Law Centre’s Service-User / Lived Experience Services Group
We are seeking someone with who is confident and knowledgeable on the issues faced by women who are affected by violence, domestic violence, repeat offending, exploitation and homelessness.
Based in Govan Law Centre and outreach throughout Glasgow
