Mike Dailly, solicitor advocate at Govan Law Centre, will be the keynote speaker at the Annual Conference of the Scottish University Law Clinic Network Scottish at University of Dundee School of Law on Wed 6 June 2018. This year the theme will be virtual pro bono and how it might be applied in the community.

“I intend to explore recent development in delivering virtual legal services, advances in fintech and the potential for fintech cross over to enhance legal services. In particular, Govan Law Centre believes there is a significant unmet need for public interest strategic litigation in Scotland.
“It will be really helpful to discuss how law clinics might work more effectively with community law centres to help tackle this unmet legal need in Scotland.”
